Ski Resort in Levi

SPECIA owns a cottage at the ski resort Levi.

Our members can rent the cottage for a week. The springtime weeks and weeks during the holiday seasons are the most popular ones. The time to apply the cottage is in the beginning of September in the year before. You could ask if there's free weeks due cancellations.

Good to know beforehand

  • The terms of reservation:

The cottage is well suited for families and groups (up to eight persons).

The rental time's a week starting from Saturday.

There's a retainer (100 euros). The rental costs are: 200 euros (summer and early autumn), 260 euros (from November to February), 420 euros (week around the first of May), 760 euros (Christmas holidays and springtime).

The first timers are the first in line when there's more than one applicant for the same week.

  • The conditions for downhill (and nordic) skiing as well as outdoor recreation are great. The rental includes to seasonal tickets to the nearby skiing centre.

  • Cars can be heated up.

  • The cottage is fully furnished. One could enjoy sauna, dry up the clothes in the airing cupboard or just relax by the fireside or by the recently renewed media set.

  • There's approximately 20 kilometers from Kittilä to Levi. Please contact us for further details and driving instructions.

We support your studies financially

SPECIA offers educational support to its members in order to encourage them to study and update their skills. The supported studies should somehow relate to your field of expertise, they could be a part of your updating education for example. HR-related issues, communicational topics, public relations and pedagogics are common subjects.

You get half the money back you pay for courses in the Avoin yliopisto, in the Kesäyliopisto or at spesific training centers. The educational support is up to 100 euros a member. Send a nonformal application to Simon Huldén. Please include the receipts and your (bank) contact information into the application. You could seek the support once a year.
